Consignment & Sales Agreement.

I, (we), the undersigned, hereby consign and deliver possession of my (our) vehicle to (Consignee) 

Eastwood Truck & Toy Centre (Dealer # 5141) for the sole purpose of selling and paying, 

to the Consignor or his/her designee from the proceeds of the sale of the vehicle, the amount agreed upon under terms of this agreement. 

This agreement is valid for a minimum period of ____________ days from this date. 

At the termination of the agreement, the Consignee shall return the vehicle to the Consignor, or at the option of both parties, enter into a new agreement. 

If the consignee sells the vehicle during the term of the agreement, all monies due to the Consignor shall be disbursed within 30 days after the sale

(upon receipt of the properly executed title) in accordance with the terms of this agreement. 

As used in this agreement, a “sale” is defined as follows: 

                                                -    The Consignee receives the purchase price or its equivalent or executes a 

   conditional sales contract for the vehicle.

                       - When the purchaser takes physical delivery of the vehicle

Consignee will notify Consignor of offers received, and the Consignor has the option of adjusting the net amount. 

The adjusted amount will be acknowledged via fax / phone. 

A combined consignment & inspection fee of $_______________ includes advertising, safety check. 

Should the consignment vehicle not pass the safety inspection, 

the consignment fee of $_______________ will be refunded less $_________________.

The consigned vehicle is delivered to the consignee in trust for the exact terms of this agreement. 

It is further agreed that the Consignee or its Agents assume no responsibility for the loss or damage

to the above mentioned property by fire, theft, accident, or any other cause.

 The Consignor is required to keep all insurance policies in effect until the vehicle is sold in accordance with this agreement.
